Quarterly Perimeter Pest Control Program

Our Quarterly Perimeter Pest Control Program employs the industry's Best Management Practices to effectively manage common indoor pests, including, but not limited to, ants and roaches. This proactive approach to perimeter pest control prioritizes prevention—stopping insects before they infiltrate your home and create issues. Applications are made every 3 months to the home's exterior, a more effective and safer method as it creates a first line of defense while keeping the pesticides out of your home. Free service calls for issues that may arise in between applications are included with our annual program.

7 App Annual Lawn Program

Our comprehensive 7 Application Annual Lawn Program for both residential and commercial properties employs the industry's Best Management Practices tailored specifically for the unique requirements of our northeast Florida lawns. It is built upon the expert recommendations of the University of Florida, the developer of St. Augustine turf. Applications include custom blended fertilizers, insecticides and weed control and are made every 6 weeks throughout the year. Free service calls for issues that may arise in between applications are included with our annual program.
